岗位职责：
- Manage sourcing and strategic purchasing processes with suppliers in Asia;
- Conduct technical visits, audits and quality inspections at factories;
- Negotiate prices, deadlines and contractual conditions aligned with the company's objectives;
- Identify and approve new suppliers;
- Ensure compliance with technical, legal and compliance requirements, mitigating risks;
- Act as a bridge between the company and suppliers with good relationships and ethics;
- Monitor logistics processes with freight forwarders and customs agents, and work in import and export processes.

任职资格：
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (oral and written);
- International experience and experience in the Commercial area (preferably with China);
- Negotiation skills, holistic view of the process and analytical capacity;
- Availability for internal travel within China;- Profile: good relationship skills, global mindset, good communication (like to talk) and extroverted.
