安徽纯源镀膜科技有限公司（简称纯源镀膜），是由新加坡归国创业团队于2014年创立的高科技公司，主要从事真空纳米镀膜设备的设计、研发、加工制造、销售、售后服务和镀膜生产服务。
      公司目前拥有设计、研发、工艺、市场和生产等各方面的专业人才，在纯离子镀膜(Pure Ion Coating，简称PIC)、化学气相沉积（CVD）、磁控溅射、多弧离子镀、离子束刻蚀清洗等真空镀膜应用领域都拥有国内外先进技术。 
      公司目前拥有多项核心技术，自主研发制造的纯离子镀膜设备(Pure Ion Coating，简称PIC)能够制造出性能优越的金属膜、合金膜、金属化合物膜和类金刚石薄膜；另一项自主研发的核心技术产品NDT(New Diamond Technology)能够制成性能优越稳定的类金刚石薄膜。
      膜层系列有Ta-C、DLC、低温氮化物膜 (TiN、CrN等)、碳化物膜 (CrC等)和高致密金属/合金膜等。
      纯源镀膜制备的纳米/微米级膜层具有如下特点：镀膜温度低、无热应力、高纯度、高致密、超硬、无颗粒、耐磨损、摩擦系数小、防刮花、耐腐蚀、均匀性好、粘附性好、导电性能可调、高热导、生物相容性、抑菌性和红外/激光透过率高（适当膜层材料）等。
